Our Inspectors accumulate over 40 years of field engineering expertise. We conduct your site inspection abiding as provided by the norms established in the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) as the Minimum Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors and its Code of Ethics. These norms were developed in 2008 by the Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors and are available for public record and reference in their Chapter 7
